Joel L. Storrow, PE, is the President and Principal-in-Charge of McGill Associates. Mr. Storrow has been with the Firm in various management capacities for 18 years. His experience has involved engineering design, project management and corporate management over a career spanning 21 years. He is responsible for formulating and executing long-term strategies for the Firm as well as for all interactions with clients, employees and other stakeholders. He understands the value of service to our clients and has earned a high degree of respect for his candor, his innovative thinking and his ability to solve difficult problems with solutions founded in reality. Above all, Mr. Storrow personifies the Firms commitment to delivering the highest quality services to our clients. He has built a reputation for being a leader possessing the ability to transform his innovative concepts into appropriate actions, characteristics highly valued by the clients he serves.

As Vice President of McGill Associates, Keith Webb, PE leads all of the business operations and is responsible for executing McGills business strategy and ensuring company-wide operational excellence. He leads a team of more than 130 professionals charged with developing and delivering innovative and effective solutions to clients. He has more than 26 years of design and management experience. For the last 17 years, he served as Principal for many complex water, wastewater, solid waste, storm drainage and GIS-related projects. His special skills in leadership, client relationship management and integrated project management are definitive assets to our clients.
